Buffy Aakaash comes to Seattle and Rainbow Natural Remedies from early ten years of living in rural commnity in both Tennessee and New Mexico. During this time, he studied the plants of these places, concocting strange brews, wines and beers and introducing his fellow community members to this favorite plant friends. A Reiki master since 1999, he trained with Eliot Cowan to become a Plant Spirit Medicine (PSM) practitioner in 2002 and now has a private PSM practice.

As a Firekeeper with the international Sacred Fire Community (SFC), Buffy hosts community fires at his home in Seattle once a month (visit the Virtual Teahouse at http://virtualteahouse.com/Firecircle/default.aspx for more information). He enjoys working with the Remedies team among all the herbs and tinctures and taking part in the thriving Seattle healing community.
